If you would like to return your item for a refund please do so within 28 days of ordering, otherwise we cannot offer a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in it’s original condition. We do not currently offer exchanges. Please email us if you would like to arrange a return and refund, with your order number and reason. Please send the item to the returns address below (you will need to pay shipping cost) and include your order number and contact email or telephone number.

Once received we will email receipt of goods and let you know if it has been approved. If approved you will be refunded to the card originally used for payment.
